Join our third annual 5K run/walk/hike at
Pinto Lake County Park in Watsonville.
Saturday April 14.
Runners and walkers complete a rolling 5K loop that starts in the park's main picnic area and follows the trails around the lake's edge. Participants will receive a free race t-shirt.
Kids 1K - 12 and under
Kids who participate in our fun run will each get a free book.
Why sign up?
Not only do you get to run or walk through one of the prettiest spots in our county, you’ll also be treated to music, and delicious tacos and burritos made by our friends at the Teen Kitchen Project.
Also, by registering, you’re supporting the Live Like Coco Foundation’s successful Birthday Books program, which donates thousands of books to public school kids in the Santa Cruz County area.
You are also helping a number of youth-serving non-profit organizations in our community, including the Digital Nest, Homeless Garden Project, Jacob’s Heart and more.
What’s new and exciting this year?
- We changed the name of our race because we realized our event was all about love: Love for Coco, love for reading, love for nature, love for being together, love for community and more!
- We are asking kids to design our race t-shirt! Email Kate at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the details!
- It’s more fun when we’re together! That’s why our family pack offers discounts for groups of four friends or family members!
- Can’t be there in person on Saturday April 14? Join our virtual run/walk and we will send you a race t-shirt to wear wherever you are running all over the world!
How Do I Register?
All registration proceeds go to Live Like Coco Foundation to support kids and families in the Santa Cruz County area.
